1. Who we are

This site is operated by Binary Networks Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"), a compliance, risk, and security operations provider based in Kohav Yair, Israel. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit this site or engage our services. It is designed to comply with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations (including Amendment 13), and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

2. Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you request an assessment, complete a form, or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, phone (if given), and any message you provide.
• Usage data. When you visit, we and our analytics providers may process IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, pages visited and time on page, and referring site.
• Cookies and similar technologies. See section 5. We do not buy or sell personal data.

3. How we use your information, and our legal basis

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and deliver an assessment you asked for; to communicate with you and, with your consent, send marketing about our services; to secure, operate, and improve the site; to analyse usage; and to meet legal obligations. Under the GDPR this rests on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. In Israel we process personal data under the Protection of Privacy Law and Amendment 13.

4. Data protection and security

As a security firm, we apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, staff confidentiality training, and incident response and breach-notification procedures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use two analytics tools, handled differently:

• Plausible Analytics: no cookies, always on. Plausible is a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data or cross-site identifiers, so it runs without consent to give us basic, aggregate visit statistics.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: consent only. These, and any marketing tags they load, run only after you accept in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, they are never loaded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's storage in your browser.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

6. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers that process data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are bound to protect it:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery.
• Plausible Analytics: cookieless usage statistics.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: analytics and marketing measurement (consent-gated).
• Formspree: processing of assessment and contact form submissions.

We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. As a guide: contact and assessment enquiries for up to 2 years; client project data for the engagement plus the period required for legal and accounting obligations; marketing data until you unsubscribe; website analytics for up to 26 months.

8. Your rights under Israeli law and the GDPR

You may request to access, correct, delete,object to (including for direct marketing), or export your personal information, and to restrict processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email[email protected]; we respond within 30 days as required by Israeli law. You may also lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, or (EU residents) your local supervisory authority.

9. International data transfers

Your information may be processed outside Israel by the providers listed above. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
