You are not renting
a platform. You are
renting people.
A CISO-as-a-Service is a person. A DPO-as-a-Service is a person. An incident at 2am is answered by a person. So this is the bench you get, the real roles behind the service, not a logo and an adjective.
The team
Who you actually get.
Regev built Binary Networks on a conviction he formed over fifteen years in the field: most organizations are certified, not protected, and the distance between the two is where real risk lives. He has led security as a CISO and set the strategy and architecture beneath it, then carried organizations through the harder, quieter work behind a certificate, from NIST and GDPR readiness to business continuity and disaster recovery across data centres, enterprise ERP, and OT environments. That range is why the ROC runs compliance and security as one operation rather than two, and why he still stands behind every client outcome himself. He holds CEH, MCITP, and CCDA.
Ron has worked enough live cyber incidents to know exactly what off-the-shelf tooling misses. He has led incident response from the first compromise assessment through malware analysis, threat-actor attribution, and the forensic timeline that ends up in front of a board, sharpening that craft at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and as a security specialist and purple-teamer at the Technion. He builds Binary Networks and the S.E.T platform on one principle: the discipline that contains a real breach at 2am should be the discipline running the software the rest of the time. He owns the technology and the engineering.
